1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hotchilli.ai and Spatial Views Pro services provided by Hotchilli Cloud (trading as NodeMax Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Hotchilli.ai provides software development tools including Spatial Views Pro, a context-driven development platform. Our services include:

• Visual project architecture and context management
• AI-assisted development features
• Feature documentation and planning tools
• Team collaboration capabilities

3. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited features for personal use
• Pro: Full features for individual developers
• Pro Plus: Enhanced features with team capabilities

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the services
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Hotchilli Cloud (trading as NodeMax Ltd) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotchilli Cloud (trading as NodeMax Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
